Crystal Sheet

The sheet comes with 3 different grids (energy fields)

• on the ground
• in between
• in the clouds
• You can choose the grid by asking yourself: ‘What do I need right now?’ Then hold each sachet in turn; whichever resonates most, you can place in the squares on the sheet. Use this grid for as long as you feel comfortable with it, and you can always change it whenever you feel the need to. A wooden aroma holder is also included; you can drip a few drops of a compatible oil onto it and place it next to your bed, for example.

On the ground: Grounding & stabilising

This grid is in the green pouch and is designed to help you feel grounded again; it contains tree agate, green aventurine and howlite.

In between: Harmonising

This grid is contained in the golden pouch and is also known as the Golden Triangle because it has a beautifully balanced and harmonising effect; it consists of amethyst, rock crystal and rose quartz.

In the clouds: Clarifying & purifying

This grid is contained in the white pouch and is designed to bring you greater clarity and stability in your emotional life; it contains rock crystal, grey agate and moonstone.
