The Brave Dodo is a scent frequency for children aged 4 to 8 who could do with a bit of extra courage. Tips for use
- Spray rondom je kind terwijl hij of zij de ogen sluit en de adem even inhoudt. Laat de nevel rustig neerdalen
- Gebruik de spray als roomspray. Verstuif een paar pufjes in de ruimte waarin je kind zich bevindt, bijvoorbeeld in de slaapkamer vlak voor het slapengaan. Ideaal als je kind het moeilijk vindt om alleen of in het donker te slapen
- Heat the oil in a diffuser om de geurfrequentie in de leefruimte te verspreiden
- Voor oudere kinderen is een warm voetenbadje met een paar druppels van de olie een fijne manier om te ontspannen en te aarden. Maak een warm voetenbadje klaar en meng een flinke schep Himalayan salt with a dash of base oil en 3 druppeltjes Dappere Dodo in een kommetje. Voeg toe aan het warme water en laat je kind net zo lang met de voeten erin zitten tot het genoeg voelt. Je kunt na het voetenbad de voetjes nog extra masseren
