Fennel essential oil has a fresh, sweet-herbal scent with a slight aniseed flavour that clears the mind and boosts energy. The oil is extracted from the seeds of the Foeniculum vulgare, a plant that grows in sunny, dry areas around the Mediterranean.

Physical
For children aged 6 and over who suffer from stomach ache. Please use this sparingly, as fennel oil is a potent oil. 10 to 15 drops in 100 ml of massage oil is sufficient for children aged 6. Massage the tummy in a clockwise direction.
Promotes milk production whilst breastfeeding.
