The spray and massage oil

The lovely scent helps you to relax and stay centred. The essential oil Jasmine is included in this blend. It is known for reducing anxiety and restlessness and therefore has a calming effect during labour. Jasmine is also particularly beneficial in massage oil, as it stimulates the uterus and can help with pain. Because this oil stimulates the uterus, it is important to use it only during labour, once the process has already begun.

The spray is lovely to use in the room where the birth is taking place, to help create a relaxed atmosphere. The massage oil can be applied to the lower abdomen, lower back and upper thighs. This gives your partner something to do and allows them to provide valuable support during the birth.

The crystals

You use Red Jasper during labour. You push your baby, as it were, right through your first chakra. Red Jasper is a lovely stone for supporting this first chakra and for energetic healing after the birth. You can hold the Red Jasper in your hands during labour and also place it between your legs afterwards.

Agate is a powerful protector. White agate is particularly beneficial for mother and child and protects the birthing process. After the birth, place the white agate in your baby’s cot for extra protection.
