Contents of the card set featuring energetic light frequencies

The card deck consists of 44 cards featuring the codes used to create the Light Frequencies of De Groene Linde. The deck also includes a booklet with more detailed explanations.

How can you use the cards?

Just as with any set of cards You can use this set in various ways.

You can draw a card every day and really get to grips with the theme that has appeared. It might not be immediately clear, but perhaps the blind spot will become apparent after a while. The transformation can happen quickly, but it may also take some time. Work with the theme until you feel you’ve had enough — then it’s time for the next one.

If you only want to use the card, you can do so in the following ways:

• Look at the card and let the code sink deep into your being. Your subconscious will recognise the frequency.
• During meditation: visualise the Code and let it descend into you via your crown chakra, passing through all seven of your chakras. During this meditation, answers relating to the subject may come to you.
• Place the card somewhere you often go; take a quick look at it from time to time. You can even feel the energy of the codes when you stand on it!

The connection with the light frequencies

The card deck is based on the Light Frequencies, a product developed by De Groene Linde that you can ingest. It is a liquid imbued with these codes, scent frequencies and crystals.
You can take in the Light Frequencies, which involve scent frequencies and essential oil is not possible. They have therapeutic properties and are odourless.

As explained above, the Light Frequencies are a wonderful addition to the cards. Of all the Light Frequencies, there is also a test kit made.
You can draw a set of three cards, place the three test tubes in your pillowcase and go to sleep with them. Once you’ve had enough, you can draw another card to encourage your personal growth.
The booklet explains even more ways to use your set of cards with energetic light frequencies.

For therapists

As a therapist, the cards are a great way to find a point of entry and start a conversation. You can gain insights into what your client is struggling with or dealing with — even if this is still a blind spot for them.
The cards in the Light Frequencies deck are real 'eye-openers' and can help you become aware of areas you might want to work on. Let yourself be surprised!
