Tips for use
- Put a drop of Energy & Focus in your hands and warm the oil by rubbing your hands together. Now hold your hands in front of your face and take a few deep breaths in and out. Do make sure you wash your hands thoroughly straight afterwards.
- Use the essential oil in a diffuser or aroma burner. Put 3 drops of Energy & Focus in the diffuser; the gentle energy will spread throughout your living space. It’s lovely to use when you’re working from home, for example!
