- You can put the oil in a diffuser use or a little burner at home
- You can also use the oil in a car hanger, the oil slowly evaporates from the bottle and helps you stay alert whilst driving
- The Focus is also available in a roll on. The roller is easy to carry around and can be used at any time of day
- Put one drop of oil in your hands and rub them together to warm it up. Cup your hands around your nose and mouth and take a few deep breaths in and out. This will give you an instant boost of focus!
- Use the spray in the room where you’re working or where you could do with a bit of extra concentration
- This fragrance is also brilliant as an aura spray! Close your eyes and, with your arm outstretched, spray a few times above your head and around your shoulders. Stand still for a moment and feel what the frequency does for you
