Practice makes perfect

If you’re a beginner, start by practising with the largest size egg. If you’re more experienced, you can gradually move on to practising with smaller eggs.

How do you get started?

Before you start using the Yoni egg, you must cleanse it. Sterilise the egg by boiling it in a small saucepan; heat the water with the egg inside so that the stone can warm up gradually. The crystals are sensitive to sudden changes in temperature. Allow the egg to cool down gently. To store the egg hygienically, it is important that you clean it thoroughly and leave it to dry completely after each use.

Have you finished the exercises, or do you want to remove the egg? If so, you can sit in a relaxed squatting position and wait for the egg to come out on its own. Especially at the beginning, it may not come out by itself. In that case, you can gently contract your pelvic floor muscles. If you’ve tied a string to the egg, you can gently pull on the string. Try to let your vagina do most of the work.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot return the yoni egg.
