Om te helen heb je wel toestemming van jezelf nodig. Je denkt in veel gevallen dat je daar voor open staat en volmondig JA zegt tegen het helingsproces. Vaker lijkt dit veel moeilijker te zijn dat je denkt. In mijn tijd als therapeut ben ik veel mensen tegengekomen die hun klacht gebruikten om hiermee iets te winnen. Dat klinkt gek, iets winnen door een klacht te hebben. Denk maar aan aandacht of niet in actie hoeven komen.
Iedere keer komt je klacht weer terug. Dan ga ik me afvragen, wat is je ziektewinst? Uit iedere klacht vloeit dan iets positiefs, omdat je bijvoorbeeld vanwege jouw klachten niet succesvol hoeft te zijn. Heb jij dus last van klachten die je weghouden bij dingen waar je naar verlangt? En je bent bereidt om er echt helemaal voor te gaan? Dan mag je inzichten krijgen die je verder helpen op je weg van healing. Het kan erg confronteren, maar dat mag je als een cadeautje zien. Ga ervoor en wordt gelukkig en succesvol.

You can take the spray orally, following the standard advice below. Dissolve one spray in a glass of water three times a day and drink it at fixed times. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Continue with this until you feel that you are ready to stop. You will know this is the case when you forget to take the Light Frequency or no longer experience any effect.

- If this is too much for you and you experience a strong reaction, bear in mind that the Light Frequency is working for you. But if it’s too intense, it’s not pleasant. If you notice this, I recommend stopping for a while and starting again after two days. It might be better for you to start with a lower dose. In that case, add one spray to 200 ml of water, stir well and take a sip every now and then throughout the day. After two days, you can add two sprays to the water and then build up to three. Once it feels right, you can switch to the standard dosage.
- You can also use the spray on your aura. This is also a good option if you’d rather not take it internally or if you’re under 18. Use the spray on children aged 8 and over. Close your eyes and spray with your arm outstretched above your head and on both sides of your shoulders. Stand still for a moment and notice how this makes you feel. You can repeat this three times a day. Continue doing this until you feel you’ve had enough or you start to forget to use the spray.
- Carry the bottle with you or place it in your bed. The frequency works through the glass and can be effective enough on its own. This is another good way to ensure the frequency works safely for young children
- Use a pipette to take a few drops from the bottle and add them to a test tube. This makes it easier to carry with you or place inside your pillowcase. This is also a great way to work with the Light Frequency with children under the age of 18
