Choosing a pendulum is a personal process and can be quite a challenge. Would you like to know whether this pendulum you’re looking at is the right choice for you? Then why not give this a go?.
Look at the picture of the pendulum, and try to keep looking at it for a moment without forming any thoughts or opinions about it. Then close your eyes and ask yourself:;
“Isis pendulum, are you the right pendulum for me?”
Keep your eyes closed and feel what happens to you after you’ve asked this question. You might feel really happy – if so, that’s a ‘Yes’. Or you might notice some other positive reaction – in which case, this pendulum is also right for you.
If you don’t feel anything or get a negative vibe, then this pendulum is obviously not for you.
You might simply be drawn to the image of the pendulum, and that’s perfectly fine too.
Pendulum work is an intuitive process, and you can ask various kinds of questions. But first of all, you’ll need to make your own pendulum.
How do you do this?
Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Sit down with the pendulum in your hands. Ground yourself firmly by imagining roots growing out from your feet, as deep and wide as you can. Then place your hands, with the pendulum, on your heart chakra. Now direct your attention to your crown chakra and open it by imagining a lotus flower gently unfolding. The flow of cosmic energy flows through your crown chakra to your heart. Feel the cosmic energy flowing through your hands to your pendulum.
Ask your pendulum now Would you like to work with me and give me honest answers to my questions? I promise you that my questions are honest too, and that they will never cause harm to anyone else.
Just stay like that for a moment and you’ll know when this ritual is over.
If you’ve never practised the pendulum before, you might need to practise a bit first. Some people get straight into it, whilst others will need to be a bit more patient. But practice makes perfect, and you’ll find that you get a bit better each time. First, you’ll need to work out what movement your pendulum makes for a “YES” and what it makes for a “NO”. Sometimes the pendulum can’t give an answer, and you’ll notice that it either stays still or starts making very strange and confusing movements. Try to work out what the movement is for ‘I don’t know’ or ‘maybe’.
Start with obvious questions, such as, “Am I a girl?” or ‘Is my name Marietje?’ If you can clearly recognise the answers from the pendulum’s movements, you’re on the right track.
Questions where you can’t possibly know the answer but really want the answer to be ‘YES” are a great way to manipulate yourself. A question like ‘Will I win the national lottery jackpot this month?’ is likely to be answered with a ‘YES’. Who wouldn’t want that?
It’s important to have a clear mind, and I always try to remain impartial about the answers. That way, you’ll get the most genuine answers.
Asking questions about third parties or on someone else’s behalf. I’ve noticed that asking questions about someone without seeking their permission is a NO-GO. But if your girlfriend asks you to look something up for her, that’s fine. If you want to know something about your girlfriend, you must also ask for permission. You can ask her directly, or you can do so on an energetic level. You’ll then sense whether or not you’re allowed to proceed.
It’s great fun to work with your pendulum. Take good care of your Snow Quartz pendulum, give it a thorough clean every now and then, and don’t lend it to anyone else.
Snow quartz can be cleansed and recharged in all sorts of ways. Read here more information on cleaning and charging.
