13. Jasmine incense (2nd and 3rd chakras)

Jasmine: (2nd and 3rd chakras) Has a purifying effect on the area between the heart and the navel; by releasing tension, it may cause muscle pain, which is alleviated through repeated use of this incense and aids spiritual awareness. It helps release repressed emotions, thereby reducing tension and fostering greater awareness.
