Swimming against the current uses up a lot of energy; it wears you out and, as a result, you don’t really get anywhere. You might tell yourself that you want to be very successful in a particular field, but if you keep coming up against setbacks and feel you have to try really hard, if you’re being held back and progress is slow or non-existent… Then you’re not on the right path. Surrender to the impulses that life gives you; if it’s not meant to be, then something better lies ahead. Listen quietly to the messages and see if they make you feel happy.
Surrender is also a choice if you find yourself stuck in negative feelings, such as guilt, blaming others, shame and feeling like a victim. It won’t help you any further! Get on with your life and accept the fact that things happened in the past that caused you a great deal of pain. Leave those events behind you; place them, quite literally, on the timeline in the past. You can now focus on constructive activities, through which you can experience how wonderful it is to go with the flow of life.
It is also a wonderful Light Frequency for learning to surrender to the flow of information from the world of light, allowing the information to come to you without your mind getting in the way. Just surrender to this flow of information and don’t worry about what to do with it or what it means. The answers will come your way naturally.
Tips for use

You can take the spray orally, following the standard advice below. Dissolve one spray in a glass of water three times a day and drink it at fixed times. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Continue with this until you feel that you are ready to stop. You will know this is the case when you forget to take the Light Frequency or no longer experience any effect.

- If this is too much for you and you experience a strong reaction, bear in mind that the Light Frequency is working for you. But if it’s too intense, it’s not pleasant. If you notice this, I recommend stopping for a while and starting again after two days. It might be better for you to start with a lower dose. In that case, add one spray to 200 ml of water, stir well and take a sip every now and then throughout the day. After two days, you can add two sprays to the water and then build up to three. Once it feels right, you can switch to the standard dosage.
- You can also use the spray on your aura. This is also a good option if you’d rather not take it internally or if you’re under 18. Use the spray on children aged 8 and over. Close your eyes and spray with your arm outstretched above your head and on both sides of your shoulders. Stand still for a moment and notice how this makes you feel. You can repeat this three times a day. Continue doing this until you feel you’ve had enough or you start to forget to use the spray.
- Carry the bottle with you or place it in your bed. The frequency works through the glass and can be effective enough on its own. This is another good way to ensure the frequency works safely for young children
- Use a pipette to take a few drops from the bottle and add them to a test tube. This makes it easier to carry with you or place inside your pillowcase. This is also a great way to work with the Light Frequency with children under the age of 18
