To find the stones that carry the energy field, Jildau tuned into what would be suitable, and this led her to a combination of amethyst quartz, rock crystal, rose quartz and sunshine aura. The first three together form the well-known golden triangle. She made one adjustment to this, opting for amethyst quartz instead of normal amethyst, as the quartz gives it a more powerful effect. In addition, the sunshine aura was added. During Jildau’s search, her eye fell on this little golden drop, and it felt just right.

You can choose the oils yourself to be dripped onto the oil holder. The oils will contribute to the energy field of the cushion. Oils and stones enhance each other’s effects. Choosing an oil yourself to suit your needs will certainly be beneficial.

The Power Pillow can be used to provide extra support during meditation, to help you relax more deeply, during breathing exercises (in which case, place the pillow on your lower abdomen), to help you sleep peacefully (place the pillow in bed with you) and to offer comfort. This is available with a scent and frequency of your choice, for both adults and children. There is also a children’s version, which is a smaller pillow containing different crystals.

Tips for use

Drip the oil onto the cedarwood heart and place it, together with the stones, in the spelt husks inside the Power Pillow’s inner lining.

Amethyst quartz A stone for protection, strength, acceptance and inner peace; the quartz within the amethyst enhances the stone’s power.

Rock crystal A stone for purification and cleansing; it brings clarity, boosts your energy, strengthens your energy field and enhances the effects of other gemstones.

Rose quartz Truly a loving stone that opens your heart to both give and receive love; it has a calming effect and is a gentle yet powerful stone.

A drop of gold, Sunshine aura An energising stone that cleanses and stabilises your aura and heals gaps in your energy field; it helps to express creativity and also enhances the properties of other gemstones.

Velvet, seed cotton, spelt husks *all of organic origin

Spelt husks are hypoallergenic and have a beneficial effect on body and mind. To revitalise the spelt husks, the inner cushion can be placed outside on a sunny day so that the spelt husks can recharge. Spelt husks do not like water. Both the inner lining and the outer cover are fitted with zips.

Aftercare

The velvet outer cover is hand-washable. The inner cushion is not washable.

You can clean the stones by holding them under running water. You can recharge them using the powerful energy of the full moon. Place the stones in the light of the full moon overnight.
