There are various things you can do with the Rock Crystal meditation set:

Letting energy flow through your hands: Place a crystal in your left hand with the tip pointing inwards, and place a crystal in your right hand with the tip pointing outwards. Now sit down and feel the energy flowing from your left hand to your right hand. Your left hand receives and your right hand gives it back. By allowing this flow of energy to pass through you, you relax; it revitalises you and cleanses you.

Letting energy flow through your body: Place one crystal above your head, with the point facing inwards. Place the other crystal, with the point facing outwards, at the level of your feet. Now feel how the crystal above your head attracts cosmic energy and allows it to flow through you. Feel how blocked energy is released from your body and drained into the earth via the crystal at your feet.
Have a go at seeing how it feels when you arrange the points differently – with the points facing outwards or both points facing inwards… have fun!

If you have a heavy head or a headache: Place the crystals next to your head, with the pointed end facing outwards. Feel for the spot where they should be placed. Now lie still for a while and experience the relief.

If you experience pain, discomfort or are aware of a blockage, the crystals can be placed as described above. They will draw away any excess energy. You can then place the crystals with their tips pointing inwards and infuse them with light from the cosmos.

Place the crystals in the bath and enjoy the energised bathwater.
