A firm favourite. Not only does it give me a sense of calm and clear my head, but it smells so lovely that people ask what perfume I’m wearing. This scent seems to help me organise my thoughts and let go of what I don’t need to hold on to.

I rub a bit of oil onto my fingers and then apply it to my temples. Within a few minutes, the feeling of being overstimulated disappears and my headache really does ease off. It really is a miracle cure!

I use this before going to bed. I even took the roller with me on holiday to Scotland, but that country has a similarly calming effect and helps clear our minds, so the roller stays closed. I’ll switch the roller to ‘high’ relaxation mode as soon as I go back to work.

Ever since I bought this roll-on, it’s been a permanent fixture in my bag for those times when my head’s full. So far, I’ve found this to be my favourite scent from De Groene Linde – wonderfully fresh and comforting. I’d highly recommend it for reconnecting with yourself after a busy day or during stressful moments.

This roller has become an indispensable part of our family. My daughter (who has ADHD) in particular uses it every evening before going to sleep. But even when she feels restless, she now (aged 7) reaches for the roller herself. I also like to use it myself when I’m feeling restless.

I’m really happy with the HSP range. I use the ‘Peace of Mind’, ‘Relax’ and ‘Pull In’ rollers. I often roll the ‘Peace of Mind’ roller over my temples, behind my ears and wherever else I feel I need it before going to sleep. After just a few days, I’ve already noticed that it really helps me. The scent is lovely and really calms me down. I don’t feel so rushed anymore and I worry less. I alternate with the ‘Relax’ roller. That one also gives me a sense of relaxation. It’s amazing what these little pads do for your mind and body. I used to get very worked up about things and would run through every possible scenario in my head beforehand. This caused me a lot of stress. It’s so lovely to feel more at peace now. I should have started doing this much sooner!

I ordered it thinking I might as well give it a go. I worry a lot. And I was feeling restless. (I’m highly sensitive, amongst other things.) I can really tell that I’m becoming calmer. I’m sleeping better again. I’ll definitely keep using this. Some days a bit more often than others.

I used to use the HSP Pull-in roller, until my mum bought this one for me, based on my choice. And wow, I really like the scent of this one, and it suits me better than the HSP Pull-in roller. I find the HSP Pull-in roller a bit too intense. And I find this ‘Peace of Mind’ smells lovely, and the effect is so soothing! A lovely roller with what is, for me, THE perfect scent. I received it as a gift from a friend a while ago when I was really laid low by a double bout of pneumonia. I was dealing with a lot of worry and stress, as well as severe shortness of breath. The roller gave me something to hold on to and became part of my daily routine. I’d roll it over my neck, temples and wrists about three times a day, and I’d feel myself calming down. I’ve recovered well now, but I’m keeping the roller! Sometimes, after a busy day, I roll it over my wrists and neck before going to bed. This helps me drift off more peacefully. Pleasant to use, not too greasy. And… fast delivery too – that’s brilliant as well!

What a lovely roller! This is going to be a keeper. I use this regularly on the children (highly sensitive children) when they come home from school and sometimes before they go to bed as well. They find it a lovely addition to the Aura Protect roller. I use the roller myself whenever I notice my mind getting a bit overloaded; I feel relief almost immediately after applying it.

I ordered this roller on Ton’s advice after I told him that I sometimes feel so overwhelmed. I now apply this lovely scent before going to bed, in the morning when I get up, and whenever I feel restless – on my neck, forehead, temples and the inside of my wrists. I feel myself calming down straight away. I gave this roller to my friend, who came to see me with a head full of worries; she loved the scent straight away, rolled it onto her forearms, forehead and temples, and immediately felt more at peace too. My daughter doesn’t like the roller – not because of the scent, but because she doesn’t like the way it feels on her skin. She prefers an aura spray.

Smells lovely, easy to use

I’ve been using this for three nights now, and at first I thought it wouldn’t do anything, but my average heart rate is actually dropping at night. I still dream a lot, but I sleep through the night. My eyes do sometimes get a bit irritated by the lovely scent, but it’s only for a short while. I hope this continues and that I can sleep even more peacefully.

I’d bought three products with my first order last week, but with this one I just couldn’t wait to write something. What a lovely product… and, for me personally, it has the most heavenly scent. I’d bought this for my son along with the HSP pull-in. The scent is absolutely lovely. We "tested" it together for a bit on Saturday evening… after fifteen minutes, we were both yawning on the sofa and feeling really relaxed :). My son uses it at least three times a day: before going to school, when things get hectic, and before going to bed. Lovely. And it does exactly what it promises. He slept wonderfully and the scent lingers for ages.
