Tips for use

• When you’re cleaning an entire house, work from floor to floor, from top to bottom and towards an open window or door. Make sure the smoke reaches every single corner. Walk along the walls and into every nook and cranny. Simply spread the smoke thoroughly into every nook and cranny. Allow the house to be thoroughly aired so that all the unwanted energy absorbed by the smoke can leave your home.
• You can also use this sage to cleanse your own energy. You can light the sage in, for example, an abalone shell; using a smudging feather, draw the smoke towards you (at heart level). From your heart, draw the smoke over your head and backwards. Then draw the smoke down along your arms (always working away from you) and finally draw the smoke down along your whole body, towards the earth. Some areas of your body may need a little more smoke. Listen carefully to how you feel and linger a little longer at those spots. You can also do this for someone else in the same way.
• You can rid just about any object you can think of of unwanted energy by smudging it. You can cleanse your gemstones by smudging them with white sage, but you can also give your dreamcatcher an energetic refresh every now and then. You could already do this with your stones and other purchases once you’ve brought them home. This applies not only to items you order from an online shop, but also to those from a high-street shop. Just imagine how many people have handled this item before you, and what energy they carry with them? Just as you wash your clothes before putting them on or sleeping in them, you can "wash" other items energetically."

Earth = sage/herbs

Air = smoke/feather

Water = shell/bowl

Fire = to burn
