Write! Roll on

That’s why I initially made this oil for myself, in a roller bottle. I then settle down comfortably with a candle lit, my favourite crystals around me, and roll the oil onto my hands before spreading it by rubbing them together. It’s lovely; I then take a few deep breaths in and out. I also apply the oil to my neck and temples.

Black Pepper, Lavender, Bulgaria, Spearmint, Incense, Hawaiian sandalwood, based on Jojoba oil
