Write! oil

That’s why I initially made this oil for myself, in a roller bottle. I then settle down comfortably with a candle lit, my favourite crystals around me, and roll the oil onto my hands before spreading it by rubbing them together. It’s lovely; I then take a few deep breaths in and out. I also apply the oil to my neck and temples.

Writing oil has a lovely, fresh yet warm scent that clears your mind and connects you to the earth and to the source; just let all your thoughts and ideas flow freely and be surprised by what you find when you read them back. A lovely product to use when you’re setting aside some time to write for yourself.

Tips for use

• Heat the oil in a diffuser or aroma burner in the place where you’re going to write
• Put a little oil in your hands and rub them together to warm them up. Then cup your hands around your nose and mouth and take a few deep breaths in and out before you start writing

A roll on to apply quickly and easily, or to add to an oil blend for use in a diffuser or aroma burner, so as to fill the room with this wonderful, creative oil.
