Singing bowls are metal bowls that produce a specific sound when struck. The sound is said to have a healing and calming effect. They are also known as singing bowls. The frequency of the tone produced by the bowl is thought to influence, for example, the chakras. Because of their effects, they are also used in meditation and healing. That is why they are also known as healing bowls.

Singing bowls naturally produce sound, but what really matters is the vibration. Our bodies are also largely made up of water, which picks up on the vibration. Through this so-called resonance, we feel the vibration throughout our entire body. This is said to have a positive effect on your physical and mental health.

According to experts, the sound produced by a 21 cm singing bowl always contains the three sounds of the soul, namely Ohm, Om or Aum. This sound is also often chanted as a mantra during meditation or yoga.
