Love Smudge Set

Smudging is a ritual in which sage and palo santo are burned. This allows you to cleanse a space of negative energy. Light the sage or palo santo and hold the shell underneath it. This prevents smouldering pieces of sage or palo santo from falling onto the floor. Walk through the room with the smouldering sage or Palo Santo. Place the sprig of sage in the shell and let it burn out. You can, of course, reuse it.

You can use Clean Energy if you don’t fancy the smoke from sage and palo santo for a change, or if you want to freshen up your living space quickly.
Place the rose quartz in a spot where you want to attract love and let it flow.
