Tips for use
- Put a few drops of oil on your hand and stroke it along your aura. Hold your hands in front of your face and breathe in the lovely scent deeply
- Use the oil to prepare a relaxing foot bath or full-body bath
- Diffuse the scent in your home and use the oil in a diffuser or aroma burner
- Perform a healing session. As the practitioner, put a few drops of oil in your hands and carry out the treatment in your own way. Take care not to touch the patient’s skin, as the pure oil may cause an allergic reaction
- Make a massage oil and give a massage by adding a few drops of oil to a carrier oil
- Put a drop of oil on a cotton pad and place it on your pillow
- Use the spray in your energy field by spraying it around you, above your head and beside your shoulders.
