Tips for use
- The stylus is a polished crystal that allows you to focus extra attention on specific areas whilst giving a massage. You can use the stylus to massage the muscles at a deeper level. Its shape allows you to apply more pressure, and you can choose between the thick and narrow sides. You can choose to apply extra pressure, but sometimes it’s also nice to treat a sore spot, meridian or reflex zone gently. Combined with a lovely blend of essential oils, this allows for gentle energetic work.
- You can also use the massage stick to give yourself a relaxing facial massage. Apply a good base oil to your face and trace the contours of your face with the rounded end
- Point the tip of the stylus towards your body – for example, towards your heart or crown chakra – to channel the energy to that specific chakra and strengthen or balance it
- Use the stylus to cleanse energy by pointing the tip of the stylus at a space or area you wish to cleanse. Visualise the negative energy being drawn towards the tip and transformed into positive energy
