Altai is a region in Russia which is said to be where life began.
"In 2012, I had the privilege of visiting this beautiful area and felt the power of special places. I have many lovely and memorable experiences, and by connecting with those memories, I can still, years later, recall the feelings I experienced back then.
At that time, I was carrying a lot of tension and stress in my body, which I wasn’t aware of. When I walked deep into a cedar forest and let myself be embraced by the energy of the ancient trees, I became still, calm and at peace. A whole lifetime – perhaps even several lifetimes – literally fell away from me. It felt as though I had been reborn there.
"I picked a few flowers and violets growing on the forest floor and dried them as a tangible memento. But whenever I feel the need for that silence, I spray the Altai fragrance frequency over myself and feel a deep sense of relaxation and tranquillity wash over me."

Tips for use
- Prepare a foot bath before going to bed. Sprinkle a little Epsom salt, add a dash of basic bath oil Add 4 drops of Altai essential oil. Sit back and relax… It’s also lovely to use in the bath. Use the same products, just a little bit more of everything 😉
- Feeling stressed or unsettled at work? Take the spray with you and use it as and when you need it! The oil is also lovely in a diffuser at home during busy times or when you’re looking to consciously seek out a moment of tranquillity – during a meditation, for example.
