Exams are coming up again! Time to get stuck in and pore over the books with total focus. But that’s not always easy. It can be particularly tricky for teenagers to start revising during the May holidays, when their friends are off school and the sun is shining.
It’s not just during exams – at work, too, you can sometimes do with a bit of extra concentration and focus. Or whilst studying.
