Ideal for use in a salt mill and also suitable for the bath.
If you’d like to find out more about Himalayan salt, I’d recommend having a browse online. I mainly use Himalayan salt for its energetic properties. It’s a particularly powerful energetic cleanser when used in baths. A foot bath with Himalayan salt and a few drops of oil works wonders.
Tip: Make a salt jar out of, for example, a battery box that you can buy at Action. Fill it with salt and, if you like, some pretty crystals. If you add a few drops of a scent frequency to this, the salt will cause the energy of the scent frequency to explode! It’s great to use ‘electro stress’, for example, if you’re going to be working at a computer for a long time. You’ll be much less affected by the radiation. ‘Protection’ is also a great one – for next to your bed, for example. But feel free to choose whichever scent works best for you.
Himalayan salt is more than just an ingredient: it’s a natural cleanser that helps you release tension and refresh your energy field. Whether you opt for a bath, a foot bath or a salt jar with your favourite oil, it restores your balance and gives you a sense of lightness and clarity. Discover the power of Himalayan salt for yourself and make it a regular part of your ritual for relaxation and energetic cleansing. Also available in the variant nice and chunks.
