- Use the blend in a diffuser or a aroma burner in the living room or bedroom
- The Sleep & Dream blend isn’t just lovely just before bedtime, but is also perfect for use in the evening. This way, you can gradually prepare your body for a good night’s sleep
- Prepare a relaxing foot bath with a few drops of Sleep & Dream
- Mix a few drops with a carrier oil to make a massage oil. Use this to massage your feet, legs and lower back for extra relaxation
- Keep the spray by your bed in case you wake up frequently during the night. If you do, just give a quick spritz around you and you’ll be back to sleeping soundly
- Spray the room spray in the room before going to bed
