A facial massage will relax the facial muscles and has a soothing effect on the head.
Tip: Use the following as a base for a facial oil: Rosehip seed oil (30 ml) containing 8 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil. Apply a few drops to the face and massage in with the facial roller for a moment of relaxation.

Contraindication
The scent is quite strong and very sweet; for some people, this can cause headaches and vomiting. This can be remedied by mixing the oil with, for example, silver fir or citrus oils.
Do not use if you have low blood pressure, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
