Tips for use
- Diffuse the essential oil blend in a diffuser or a aroma burner for a cheerful, sunny atmosphere
- Use the room spray in the room or within your aura if you need a bit of extra sunshine, whenever you find yourself feeling the effects of the short, dark days. Stand still and spray the room spray around you, into your aura. Stand there for a moment with your eyes closed and experience the energy of the blend
- Make a massage oil by adding 25 drops of Summer & Joy to 100 ml of base massage oil – ideal for a cheerful and relaxing massage
- Add 4 drops to a foot bath containing Epsom salt for a relaxing and energising moment
