Himalayan salt is particularly useful because of its energetic properties. It acts as a powerful energetic cleanser, especially when used in baths. A foot bath with Himalayan salt and a few drops of oil works wonders. It draws negative energy out of the aura. So, after a long day surrounded by lots of people, it can really be a pick-me-up to have a bath or foot bath and rid yourself of negative, clinging energy. For baths, however, it’s more practical to use Granules or whether it fine salt.

Tips for use

• These larger chunks are ideal for placing here and there with a few drops of oil on top. Refresh the oil daily by adding another drop. You could choose Lord St Germain to purify contaminated areas of the house. To help you sleep more peacefully, you can also place these chunks next to your bed. I put some Protection oil by my son’s bed so that he sleeps more peacefully.
• What I’ve noticed is that salt acts as a catalyst for the oil. That’s why I’ve also made little salt jars which you can, for example, place on your desk, filled with your favourite scent frequency. Just a small glass jar. Why not try the Electrical Stress Put some oil on the salt in a small jar to protect yourself from all the radiation from your mobile phone and Wi-Fi. You’ll find you’re much more relaxed when sitting at your desk ;)
