Cleansing, HSP

I’ve been using the cleaning, grounding, protection and letting go sprays for a while now. It’s made my life so much nicer – I feel much more like myself!! Over time, you’ll realise which spray you need at any given moment – whether to use it as a preventative measure because you’re going to a restaurant, or simply when you don’t need it for a while. Lovely scent. I’m really pleased with them!

A brilliant product!! First of all, it smells lovely, and it works a treat too. I always spray on the Cleansing after I’ve been out and about. I feel as though a weight has been lifted from my shoulders when I’ve used the Cleansing. It’s absolutely brilliant!

A lovely spray – it really helps me to clear my mind of all the day’s stresses. As a therapist, I also use it from time to time. It’s a lovely product and I feel immediate relief!

I love this cleansing spray and use it regularly. I bought the HSP trial pack and this is my favourite of the three aura sprays. To me, it feels light, refreshing, comforting and uplifting. If you’re an HSP, an empath, sensitive to energy or work a lot with people, I’d recommend you start with this one.

I recently discovered De Groene Linde’s aura sprays and ordered a few straight away. I particularly like this cleansing spray from the HSP range when I’m feeling overstimulated or when I sense other people’s energies around me. I love the scent too. I really just use it as I feel like it. Some days I really feel the need to have a quick spray, whilst other days I don’t. Sometimes I’ll spray five times in one go, and other times just once. So it really is just as I feel like it. It feels like a lovely bit of support if you suffer a lot from feeling overwhelmed.

A lovely scent that helps me relax completely. It also brings me closer to myself. This scent tells me that I absorb far more energies than I realised. It’s very enlightening, and for me, the scent provides extra guidance on my journey.

I’m really keen on it, as it’s such a lovely spray! It’s a gentle, well-balanced spray that really lets you feel the cleansing effect, and it does so in all sorts of ways. And it’s still robust enough for that, without being overpowering, too harsh or anything like that. I find the scent very pleasant; sometimes it’s a bit strong for a moment when it’s really needed, but that fades very quickly. So it’s very pleasant to then be able to experience the gentleness of the oils. Of course, it also depends on your own routine and needs at that moment. I take the small version with me to work or when I’m going out; I’ve noticed the scent is very subtle to others. I use this a lot, so I like to keep it at home. And it’s really handy that De Groene Linde stocks this, as I don’t always feel like mixing my own oils 😉.

Intense purification! The delightful blend of scents deepens my own ability to reconnect with myself after taking in so much. The perfectly chosen essential oils create the ideal space for cleansing, and even a single spray into my aura brings an immediate sense of letting go and coming 'home' again. A must for every HSP ;-)

I use this spray before I go to bed, and it makes me feel much lighter and calmer. When I ran out of the spray, I really missed it! It’s not too overpowering, fresh, and slightly tangy.

When I come home from work with my head feeling all foggy, I use the spray. After using it, my head clears up and I can feel my energy flowing again. Lovely!

The moment I get back into the car after a day’s work, I use the spray and take a few minutes just for myself. You can really feel everything you don’t need being washed away. My daughter uses it when she comes home from school to cope with sensory overload, negative feelings and influences – it clearly does her a world of good.

I’ve only just started using this spray. As I’m highly sensitive, I get overwhelmed quite easily. I’ve noticed that after being exposed to a lot of stimuli and then using this spray, a sense of calm washes over me. It has a lovely, soothing and fresh scent.

I bought this oil with a slightly sceptical attitude (‘seeing is believing’). But it really works! After a full day surrounded by lots of people and feeling quite overwhelmed, I put a few drops in the diffuser and felt like myself again within three minutes. I use this almost every day. I’m a trainer by profession, and as a result, sensory input sometimes comes flooding in, meaning that on some days I invariably end up with a feeling of pressure in my head (above my right eye). What I’ve noticed is that when I use the cleansing, I feel my head “pop open” (strange but true) and, for the first time in months, I feel that dreadful headache disappear straight away. It really clears out my sinuses. For this reason alone, this scent makes me the happiest person in the world.

When I first heard about aura sprays and how they work, I was very sceptical. (I have complex PTSD and am highly sensitive; I get incredibly overstimulated and am a sponge for all sorts of energies.) But I was curious all the same and wanted to experience it for myself. It’s simply amazing – almost magical – how well it works.

A lovely scent. I keep it in my car when I’m travelling from client to client. The lovely scent instantly brings a sense of calm and relaxation – a moment of mindfulness just for myself – and makes me feel grounded and relaxed.

A lovely scent for my oil diffuser. When I get home, I put a few drops in and my house and my mind immediately feel more peaceful.

I really love this Hsp cleansing spray! As soon as I get home from the shops, work, etc., I give myself a quick spritz and I immediately feel completely clean again! I use it on my little girl too; she lets me know when she wants 'a quick spritz' and it perks her up straight away. I always keep a small bottle of this in my bag, and the large one’s in the cupboard at home. Indispensable!

This is a really lovely spray; I feel so much better after using it at the end of a day’s work. It’s as if it cleanses my mind completely. I’d definitely recommend it :)

A lovely spray – I already had the roller, but I like the spray even better. I spray it all over myself and it’s as if I’m being reset. It’s as if everything just washes away. Highly recommended!

This spray is brilliant, especially if you see lots of people in a day who all come in full of energy. With this spray, you can stay more grounded and give everyone the attention they need without draining all your own energy. Even if you spray your treatment room with it in the evening, the room really does feel much cleaner and more spacious than if you don’t. I’m really pleased with this addition to our collection of wonderful scents from the green lime tree.

I’d give this one a good rating too, but I still prefer Clean Energy, 100 ml. I feel that Clean Energy, 100 ml gives me a slightly different, fresher feeling. And this spray is completely different too. I’d say try both and then choose one of them as your regular. I won’t be reordering this one for myself – not because it’s bad, but because I feel it works in a different way to what I consider a proper clean. It’s a fine product, but it’s become clear to me that I need to choose Clean Energy, 100 ml. And that’s purely down to my personal preference and the feeling I get from it.

The scent is a comfort to my soul. To me, it feels masculine, like a loving father who, with a clear, direct and firm yet gentle hand, clears the way and creates space for his daughter, thereby protecting me. A very, very heartfelt THANK YOU for this light on my path. Namasté

What a fantastic spray! It brings light, freshness and relaxation! It’s certainly obvious when you introduce people to it and they’re sceptical about it! It’s really brilliant!

It’s a difficult time at the moment because my partner is very ill. When I use the cleansing spray, it creates a sense of space, freshness and freedom again. It’s a huge help to me!

It’s lovely to spray myself with this after a day’s work. It gives me more energy for the evening!

This spray is absolutely brilliant! Whatever I’ve picked up, it gets rid of it all – even entities. The spray also cleans rooms really well. My flatmate used to have the same nightmare in her room every night, but after I sprayed it, the nightmare never came back. I’ve already recommended it to lots of HSP friends!

I’d been using the "regular" Clean Air spray for a long time – for myself and for the space around me. It was almost finished, and then, whilst ordering a new spray, I suddenly discovered the HSP range. Wow! The scent is fantastic and so is how well it works. I’m clearly less prone to feeling overwhelmed, and I can cope much better with busy people or crowds in general.

A friend gave me this spray as a present and I’ve been hooked ever since. I always use this spray before and after busy events, where I regularly have to speak in front of large groups. As well as the lovely scent, I immediately feel a lot more confident and I’m less knackered afterwards. I’d recommend it to anyone who gets flustered!
