Tips for use
- Use the spray around you, within your energy field. Close your eyes and spray with your arm outstretched above your head and alongside your shoulders. Stand still for a moment and feel what the frequency does for you
- You can put the oil in a diffuser or aroma burner use throughout the day
- Use the roller as required on your wrists and at the back of your neck, just below the hairline. It’s handy to keep in your bag so you can use it anywhere, anytime.
- Start using the products a few days before the Full Moon
- A foot bath is really lovely. Fill a small basin with warm water and add 1 generous scoop Epsom salt, a dash of basic bath oil and add 3–5 drops of oil. Soak your feet in the warm water and enjoy the moment
- Put a drop of oil on a cotton pad and keep it by your side in bed, or carry it in your clothes
- Does your little one get restless when there’s a full moon? Unfortunately, using the oil in a diffuser in the bedroom is only suitable for children aged 8 and over. However, you can still make use of the oil’s frequency by placing the bottle of essential oil under your child’s cot. Start doing this a few days before the full moon
- From the age of 4, you can the spray You can use it as a room spray. In that case, use the spray in your child’s bedroom before they go to bed. Make sure your child isn’t in the room at the time. Then calmly brush their teeth, and your child can go to bed happily
