Tips for use
- Easy to use as this product is ready to use. Apply to the wrists, chest and neck. A safe way for your child to use it themselves
- The essential oil enters the body through the skin and by inhaling the scent, where it supports the immune system. So you can also rub a little oil into your child’s hands, rub them together briefly to warm them up, and then cup their hands around their mouth and nose. Let your little one take a few good, deep breaths in and out
- Before going to bed, roll it under your feet or massage your feet by rubbing a little oil between your hands. You might find this a bit more comfortable. Put on some socks in bed and have a good night’s sleep!
- A little roller is easy to pop in your bag or keep at school so your child can use it at any time of the day
