I then settle down comfortably with a candle lit, my favourite crystals around me, and roll the oil onto my hands before spreading it by rubbing them together. The oil has a wonderfully fresh yet warm scent. I put some in a diffuser and a drop on my hands; I did notice that the scent reached me straight away. Whilst writing, when I’d momentarily run out of words, I’d take another sniff of my hands, which quickly restored a sense of calm to my mind. I’m really pleased with it – thank you!
