For many people, it’s quite clear how the products in our range are used. But sometimes it isn’t, and there are often so many more possibilities! That’s why we’ve put together a guide to the uses of our products for you.
Please bear in mind that different ‘rules’ apply to babies and children. It is therefore advisable to follow the dosages and instructions for use for little ones, as set out in the information accompanying the special products for this age group, and also these safe products to use. For young babies, you can use the oil’s frequency.
For children aged 4 and over, use approximately half the recommended amount as described below. Children really enjoy using the scents and benefit greatly from them as they have a supportive effect. The scents can be used as a positive anchor. But once again, please check the correct dosage and the safe products you can use on the website.
Find out more about using our products on children in our information booklet for kids or in the children's magazine.

An aura spray has an energetic effect on the energy surrounding your body. Everyone has this energetic body, also known as an aura. You can influence your own energetic body through the energy of essential oils. The easiest way to do this is by using a spray. You simply spray it around your aura, allowing it to take effect immediately.
Stand or sit quietly for a moment and close your eyes. Spray with your arm outstretched, directly above your head and to the left and right of your shoulders. Remain seated or standing for a moment – you may wish to hold your breath briefly so as not to inhale the alcohol vapour – and let the energy wash over you. It’s nice to close your eyes for a moment, as this helps you feel more aware of what’s happening with the energy.
You can repeat this several times a day as required.
You use a room spray to create a positive atmosphere in a room. For example, our Clean Energy to clear the room of any negative energy after a visit, or in a practice space where clients allow their energy to flow and let go. Spray into each corner and in the centre of the room. Allow the energy to settle for a moment and, if necessary (especially when cleansing a room), open the windows and/or doors afterwards. You can use other room sprays in the same way, but in that case you can leave the windows closed 😉
Essential oil is a versatile product – there are so many ways to use it! You can choose a single-note oil to create your own blend or use it on its own. But there are also ready-made blends available. Whatever you choose, using our products is a lovely addition to your daily life 😊. But what exactly can you do with them? We’ve put together a list for you!

The best-known way to use oils is to vapourise your chosen blend using a a small burner with a candle or an electric diffuser. The amount of oil you need to use depends on the size of the room where the diffuser is placed. However, an average living room can take around 10 drops. For a smaller bedroom, you can use 3 to 5 drops. In a children’s bedroom, use 1 to 3 drops.
Our products are also lovely to use in an aroma diffuser in your practice. Your clients will soon feel at home and at ease.
Using our products in a foot bath. A foot bath is certainly one of the most delightful ways to work with scent frequencies! The warm water has a relaxing effect and is a real treat for the mind. Prepare a mixture in a bowl using a generous, heaped tablespoon Himalayan salt or Epsom salt (for energetically cleansing your energy), a dash of base oil (for example Almond oil) and 3–5 drops of the blend you need at the moment. Mix them together well and add them to the warm water in your foot bath. The reflex zones will relax and the oil’s energy can be absorbed. You can stay in the foot bath for as long as you like, until it no longer feels comfortable for you.
A foot bath, but on a larger scale! Here too, using our products is a welcome addition. In a bowl, prepare a mixture of 4 tablespoons of salt of your choice, a generous splash of base oil and 10 to 15 drops of your chosen blend. Fill a bath with lovely warm water, sit in it, and only then add your bowl of ingredients. That way, you can enjoy your blend to the full.
Tip: Crystals have a significant influence on your energy system and can pamper you with their healing properties. You can therefore make the most of them in the bath. Add a beautiful piece of rose quartz, rock crystal and amethyst, and enjoy the extra energy in the bath.
For giving a body massage. The oil is absorbed by the skin and can then have a significant energetic effect on you.
For one full-body massage, you’ll need about 20 to 30 ml of base oil. The Basic Massage Oil It’s a lovely oil to use for a body massage. Add 5 drops of a blend of your choice to it. Don’t use too much of the blend, as the scent will be too overpowering. It’s better to start by adding fewer drops and having a sniff first. You can always add more later 😉
If you want to make enough oil to last for several uses, add a maximum of 25 drops of the blend to a 100 ml bottle of base oil. Again, start with a few drops and add more as needed until you achieve the desired result.
A lovely old-fashioned way to hang your head over a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head! It’s great for relieving a headache or helping you breathe more freely. You can also use essential oils to steam your face for a lovely pampering treatment.
Examples of this include Lemon, Geranium, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Tea Tree etc.

A lovely way to harness the power of scent frequencies is with a small bottle of scented salts.
What do you need?
1 x 10 ml bottle and cap
Salt
4 to 6 drops of your chosen essence
Fill the bottle just over halfway with salt; this can simply be table salt or Himalayan salt. Add the essence. Put the cap on and shake well. You can now smell the bottle as you wish.
This is great fun to make with children. You could, for example, use a small bottle with Eucalyptus and Lemon to breathe more freely. To stay focused whilst studying, during a test or exam, choose Rosemary and Citroën.
This is a lovely way to use the oil quickly. Put one drop of oil in your hand or roll some oil from the roll-on onto your hands and rub them together to warm it up. Cup your hands around your nose and mouth and take several deep breaths in and out. It’s lovely to do this with an oil to help you calm down in a stressful situation such as the Peace of Mind Roll on. Or to breathe more freely with the Breathe.
When performing energy work such as Reiki, you can make your treatment even more powerful. Apply 1 or 2 drops of your chosen blend to your hands and rub them together until they feel warm. Proceed as you normally would. The frequency of the chosen essence is imbued into your client’s aura.
To surround yourself with a scent, you can apply a few drops to a scent diffuser. These are available in chain shape, but also individual pendants to use in the car or at work. You simply add a few drops of your favourite fragrance to it, and the oil diffuses its scent around you all day long.
Place 4 to 8 drops of essence on a scented stone or a dry piece of wood. Place this in the car’s air vent and enjoy the lovely scent whilst you’re driving. Placing it next to your bed is also a good way to let the scent spread. You can also use a wooden cylinder to drip the blend onto it.
Put 3 to 5 drops of the essence on a cotton pad and carry it with you. This way, you’ll avoid staining your clothes whilst still enjoying your favourite scent all day long. It’s also handy to place it in bed next to your pillow so you can benefit from the scent all night long.

Carry the bottle in your trouser pocket. The energy from the frequency simply passes through the glass and will influence your energy system. You can also very easily make a small tube using the handy DIY kit with separate tubes and a pipette. Carry this in your trouser pocket (be careful, as although the tube is quite sturdy, it is still made of glass…) or in your bra. This way, you can also use the frequency at night by placing the tube inside your pillowcase. For children, you can tuck the tube into the bed under the molton sheet.
It’s perfectly possible to add a frequency to a neutral-smelling personal care product. Just think of the Protection Blend into a body lotion. Add 3 to 5 drops to facial products and up to 15 drops to products such as body lotions and shampoos.
Turn your favourite fragrance into a roll-on. There are handy DIY kits available with 5 empty rollerballs and a small bottle jojoba oil. Add 20 to 30 drops of essential oil to the roll-on and top up with jojoba oil.
In our online shop, you’ll find the Roll-on amongst our various products. These are easy to use and perfect for popping in your bag. You can use the Roll-on as often as you like, depending on your needs. Roll the oil onto your wrists and/or the back of your neck.

We have a range of different inhalers. Hold the inhaler under your nose and breathe in and out gently. The scent can be quite strong, so please bear this in mind. You can use the inhaler as and when you need to.
The ready-to-use balms are lovely. As well as the base oils, these balms are made with cocoa butter and beeswax. This ensures the balm remains firm yet still spreads easily. Store the jar in a cool, dark place; if it gets very hot, you may want to keep it in the fridge. This is because the balm may become very soft in extremely hot weather. Apply it several times a day as needed.
