The various essential oils in this blend have been chosen for their calming properties. Lavender and Lavandin from the Ardèche bring deep relaxation. Tips for use
- Vaporise the essential oil using a diffuser or aroma stream. Great for use in a living room when things get a bit hectic
- Use the roll on if someone is feeling restless. Apply the roller to the wrists and the nape of the neck. You can repeat this several times a day
- Use the essential oil in a lovely foot bath. Prepare a foot bath with warm water and a scoop of Himalayan salt, a dash of base oil and 4 drops of essential oil. Let the client relax with their feet in the foot bath until the water has cooled down a little
