Tips for use
- Make sure you’ve got the roller in your school bag. That way, you can always use it whenever you need to. You can use the roller on your wrists and on the back of your neck
- You can also make use of the handy aura spray. Use the spray whenever you feel the need. Close your eyes and spray with your arm outstretched above your head and next to both shoulders. Stand still for a moment and feel the frequency wash over you
- We have also included this scent frequency in the essential oil in our range. You can put a few drops of the essential oil on a cotton pad and place it next to your pillow. That way, you’ll be surrounded by that lovely frequency all night long
- Use the oil to make a foot bath. It’s a lovely way to let the essential oils do their work. Prepare a warm foot bath. Mix in a generous scoop Epsom salt with a dash of basic bath oil and 3 to 5 drops of oil in a small bowl. Sit comfortably with your feet in the warm water and add the contents of the small bowl. Stay there until you feel it’s had enough. Then, when you take your feet out of the water, massage the oil into them a little more. It’s lovely to do before you go to sleep.
- As well as a foot bath, you can also create a wonderfully fragrant bath with this oil. Mix 3 generous tablespoons of Epsom salt, a generous splash of base bath oil and 10 to 15 drops of the oil. Run a warm bath, settle in comfortably and add the contents of the bowl
