The Brave Dodo is a scent frequency for children aged 4 to 8 who could do with a bit of extra courage. Many children find new situations nerve-wracking, such as their first day at school, a new sport or a sleepover. The Brave Dodo helps your child take that step calmly and confidently, and feel more self-assured. Your child can, of course, continue to use the frequency for longer or switch to the HSP range later on.
The blend consists of various essential oils that give your little one that little bit of extra confidence. In this way, they ensure Scots pine, patchouli, and cedar wood for stability and grounding. This helps your child feel the earth’s sense of security and stay grounded during stressful moments. As a result, your child will feel more confident and secure. Orange, lime and tangerine They radiate a cheerful and carefree energy, making it easier to take new steps. Ardèche Lavandin helps your child to relax, but also encourages them to rise to the challenge. Tips for use
- Spray around your child whilst they close their eyes and hold their breath for a moment. Let the mist settle gently
- Use the spray as a room spray. Spray a few sprays into the room where your child is, for example in their bedroom just before bedtime. Ideal if your child finds it difficult to sleep on their own or in the dark
- Heat the oil in a diffuser to diffuse the fragrance throughout the living space
- For older children, a warm foot bath with a few drops of the oil is a lovely way to relax and ground themselves. Prepare a warm foot bath and mix in a generous scoop Himalayan salt with a dash of base oil and 3 drops of Dappere Dodo in a small bowl. Add this to the warm water and let your child soak their feet in it until they’ve had enough. After the foot bath, you can give their feet an extra massage
- Drip a little oil onto a scent stone and place this next to the cot
