- Put a few drops of Calming Essence into a little base oil and massage your feet before going to bed
- Put the spray on your bedside table and use it when you can’t get to sleep
- Use a diffuser in the bedroom before you go to sleep
- Run a warm bath and add a generous splash of base oil and two scoops Himalayan salt and add 10–15 drops of Calming essential oil. Relax and let the scent and warmth do their work
- No bath? No problem! Just prepare a warm foot bath with a splash of base oil, a spoonful of Himalayan salt and 5–10 drops of Calming. Sit back with your feet in the warm water and enjoy!
